At the base level of our Virtual Returns Dept™ the returning client is led through a simple 1-2-3 step process to produce and print a postage paid intelligent bar coded return label. This label may also be added to all outgoing orders. Behind the scenes systems check for return validity through record matching as well as collecting client requested returns information.

USPS parcels are collected and consolidated at strategic points throughout the country as shown here (Map), where they are transported to, scanned, and received at nearby cross docking facilities - a process taking only 48 hours! Upon receipt your clients can be notified by email of the parcel's arrival to create an additional 'touch point'. The collected material is then returned in bulk to client defined location(s).

At the medium level you may choose to have your returning product sorted to your specific designed quality levels with proprietary (SkuTouch® Software Suites).

For a full service offering, you may choose that your sorted material undergo stocking for re-distribution, refurbishment, liquidation or recycling from centrally located facilities, preventing unnecessary transportation and environmental costs.
